Avoid common XSLT mistakes


In the course of my teaching and consulting work, I've seen plenty of badly designed and poorly written XSLT code. Many of these bad habits are repeated over and over and can cause critical flaws in XSLT code. In this article, get a feel for the typical problems that come up in stylesheets and how to remedy them.

What to do?

Problem:
you have site designed in a dark theme, saying dark background, white font.
By default google toolbar autocomplete cracks html for inputs or selects containg "email" "name" "address" and other buzzwords and changes background to yellow. As a result when visitor fills form, he enters text as white on yellow and can not easy validate his input
