И тут у гугла пошел заработок

The Business Edition turns off ads and allows you to access search results through an XML API. This means that you can create your own user interface for search results and have your search engine fit in seamlessly with the rest of your website. Custom Search Business Edition starts at $100 per year for searching less than 5,000 web pages.

К чести сказать, API ключ для доступа к предыдущей, бесплатной версии API еще не протух,хотя регистрация новых ключей уже давным давно была заморожена. Видимо в ожидании см. сверху.

What to do?

Problem:
you have site designed in a dark theme, saying dark background, white font.
By default google toolbar autocomplete cracks html for inputs or selects containg "email" "name" "address" and other buzzwords and changes background to yellow. As a result when visitor fills form, he enters text as white on yellow and can not easy validate his input
